At Alter, we are committed to providing high-quality services that meet your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are eligible  to request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase.

  1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchased our service directly through our website, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. To qualify for the refund:

  • You must submit your refund request within 30 days of your initial purchase date.
  • The request must be made before the end of your subscription period.

We will process your refund promptly upon receiving your request.

  1. General Refund Policy

If you do not request a refund within the 30-day period, fees paid are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refunds requested outside of this period may be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted at our sole discretion.

Refunds can only be requested during the active subscription period. If your subscription has expired before submitting a refund request, we will not be able to process your refund.

2.1. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

2.2. Accepted Payment Methods for Refunds

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, we may offer an alternative refund method at our discretion.

2.3. Subscription Auto-Renewal & Refunds

  • Refunds are not available for auto-renewed subscriptions unless requested within the 30-day refund period.
  • To prevent auto-renewal charges, users must cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle.

2.4. Exclusions & Limitations

  • The 30-day refund guarantee applies only to first-time purchases. Users who have previously received a refund are not eligible for another refund.
  • Refunds do not apply to promotional or discounted purchases unless explicitly stated during the promotion.

2.5. Fraud Prevention Measures

Alter reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or excessive refund requests. If a user engages in fraudulent activity, we may suspend or terminate their account.

2.6. Special Provisions for Certain Regions

  • California & Connecticut Residents: If you reside in California or Connecticut, you have the right to cancel your purchase within three business days from the date of purchase for a full refund.
  • EU/EEA & Switzerland Residents: If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, you have an automatic legal right to withdraw from contracts for digital services. However, by purchasing our service, you acknowledge and agree that access to our content is provided immediately, and you waive your right of withdrawal for single-item digital content purchases. For subscription-based services, if you choose to withdraw within 14 days of purchase, we will provide a proportional refund based on the service usage before withdrawal.
